This four letter word isn’t a comfortable thing in someone's life. You have to go through a series of depressions, complications and sleepless nights if this term ever get connected with you. Well, like everyone else, I also have many situations in my life where I considered myself as a complete loser. You know being an introvert makes you disconnected from social life and it's not a joke. Being like that I was ditached from every success I could have achieved earlier. I was a shy person who could not even order a food for herself in any restaurant. I was someone who used to know the answers of most of the questions in school but always hesitated to talk. But you can not be like this forever right? In this century if you want to be successful, you have to talk and discuss. You have to share your opinions so that other persons can know your value. My university clubs did a great job to pull out the talents of me. They forced me to talk everyday and...    less

After 3months of continuous practice, I was selected as an anchor of our varsity convocation program. A girl who could not even talk became an anchor? Yes that is right. I had my will to change the awkwardness inside me and I succeed. If you want something truly, you will achieve that no matter what. Just have patience. You will surely be a winner of that once you thought would be your loosing point.

People used to say I am unable to make others understand my thoughts. I was Bullied for it. Last year I felt depressed but didn't find anyone to share my pain. So I expressed my thoughts and pain in words on my facebook timeline. Alhamdulillah, Not only it cures my heavy heart but also friends start liking my writings and give compliments. Then one day, a friend asked me to do an internship as a content writer. I had no idea about it. I googled, learned, did low paid writing jobs, sent CVs, gave interviews and got rejected many times. Every time I fail I learn something new from my mistakes. Before the year ends, alhamdulillah, I have 2 paid freelancing writing works, one internship. Even i won a physics quiz of coolinventors though I have been a business student from the very beginning. I have many 'loser to successful' stories, but 'how an introvert girl becomes successful in sharing her thoughts' is...    less

The boys were about to give up and almost lost hope. But they stood together and today their fight has led to a worldwide reputation as one of the best and most well-known K-pop bands in the world.
Taehyung was a son of a farmer; RM's mom used to pressure him about his studies, career; Suga, who loved music but his family always burnt all his hard work as they wanted him to focus on his studies.
The band has almost spread out because they don’t have enough money to continue, no funds, so a few members had to choose between food and transportation and do two things. Behind their confident presence, they were constantly battling self-doubt and frustration. In fact, there is a difference even if everyone loses. "The real losers in life are not those who try and fail, but those who fail to try."  less

This project gives shelter to homeless people, those people were barely surviving before they got a house from this project. Now they can stay focus on their daily livelihood. The project has been going economic vulnerability of many homeless families by providing them with shelters and necessary financial assistance to rebuild their life. As the project now targets the impoverished people of the whole country, by aiding them to build their shelter with a means of income generation can also check the displacement of people from one place to another. Beside that this project provided necessary training to them and revolving interest-free micro-credit to enhance income generating activities to improve their livelihoods and make them self-reliant. With this they can start a small business or cultivate their own food and keeping household pet. This project surely a blessing to those people like Rahim Miah.  less

Homeless women, teenagers, and children feel helpless or unprotected due to multiple forms of victimization, including forced, coerced, or manipulated sexual activity. So, ''The Asrayan project'' is a development project which aims at providing homes for the homeless and gradually making them self-dependent to contribute to the national economy. This project will help lower-income group people to some extent but government support is needed to achieve this to the fullest, such as,

1.Setting priority for ensuring to access good jobs for lower-income group people.

2.Providing Microloans can be beneficial to the landless people who want to start a new business. If the business increases, it will also create more employment opportunities for others.  less

Asrayan Project has turned into an evident means of
alleviating poverty of the people who once passed their days in extreme miseries after becoming victims of disasters like cyclone, river erosion and landslides.Firstly,in the joint name of the husband and wife of the resettled
landless, homeless, miserable and uprooted family, the acknowledgment of ownership of the land is executed and registered. Before,if their monthly income was 10000 tk,60% of that money went into the land-owner’s pocket.By the rest of the amount,it was almost impossible to run a 4-5 member family. But now, they are getting home without any cost & they don’t have to pay any land owners.So,100% of their income will remain in their pocket after a month.Secondly, community centers, mosques, cemeteries, ponds, common lands for raising cattles and agrulture have been provided by the Govt. Moreover, practical and technical training have been given to the rehabilitated family members for productive & income generating...    less

Zeba Afia A slightly different approach can also be taken- "Those who plant and care for trees and increase forest resources, they will be paid as a reward."
Thus, they will be more interested for planting trees.

But it’s not possible so quickly. So, the procedure should be running as well as our Govt. can give them food, protection, education, sanitation with the help of international agencies. Govt also starts relocating them which will reduce pressure on certain forest land. They did huge destruction of forest lands by making shelter and destruction is continued because of collecting fuelwood. So if we reduce fuelwood problem by providing biogas or fuelwood substitution actions through coordination of various aid agencies, our forest will get protection. Besides forest department can do plantation programme like social forestry where the refugees will participate. Fast growing species should be planted as if they can get benefit earlier and then they will be interested on tree plantation. Fruit trees can be planted and...    less

But it can not possible now because of some political issues. Our government should have taken proper steps to solve the problem so that the Rohingya can return to their own villages and get proper rights.
      (2) The Rohingya peoples are now located in the forest areas of Bangladesh and they destroyed the forest. They cut the trees for making their shelter. They collect fuel wood from the forest. So for saving the forest areas government should take proper step. Here government can take "Benefit sharing approach" for planting trees. If the Rohingya people's get benefits they plant trees and maintain the trees also. Here proper training and encouragement is needed for planting trees and maintaining the trees.  less

So it's confirm they'll stay there until the problem solved totally. Rohingyas fuel problem can be solved only by the help of foreign NGO's. They are supporting Rohingyas from all aspect. But if they also supply them cylinder gas, they won't cut trees. Though it's hard for the NGO's to supply gas where their basic needs are uncertain. But to cook food they don't have a choice. 13000 acre of Bhasan Char is visible. Where 5000 acres habitable. Other 8000 acres land should be planned well for mangrove and mount forestation.  less
